Creative Strategist
Own hook development, angle exploration, concept direction, and creative testing logic across performance campaigns.
- Develop hooks, angles, and creative concepts
- Translate performance needs into clear creative direction
- Build structured testing backlogs for paid media teams
- Collaborate with designers around iteration and output
- Think in frameworks, not one-off ideas
Ad Designer
Design static and motion-first ad creatives built for paid media testing, speed, and iteration.
- Create static ad creatives for Meta-style performance campaigns
- Build variations quickly across hooks, angles, and formats
- Work from structured creative direction and testing priorities
- Adapt assets into fast-turnaround deliverables
- Prioritize clarity, speed, and direct response effectiveness
