This website is operated by CRD, doing business as Labnary (“Labnary”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

This Refund Policy describes the refund terms for services provided by Labnary ("Labnary", "we", "our", or "us").

14-Day Evaluation Window

New clients may be eligible for a refund if they are not satisfied with the service during the first 14 days of the initial engagement.

To request a refund during this period, clients must contact Labnary directly at hello@labnary.com and provide a brief explanation of the issue.

Eligibility

Refund requests are reviewed based on the scope of work completed, service delivery, and the stage of the engagement at the time of the request.

The 14-day evaluation window applies only to the initial service period and does not automatically apply to renewals, extensions, or custom agreements unless otherwise stated in writing.

Non-Refundable Services

Amounts paid for completed custom work, special project work, or work delivered outside the standard evaluation window may not be refundable.

Cancellation

Clients may cancel ongoing service according to the terms of their agreement with Labnary. Cancellation does not automatically guarantee a refund for services already delivered.
